Washington Animal Rescue League - Some of the Rescued Puppies from the Puppy Mill are Now Available for Adoption!

Washington, DC – The Washington Animal Rescue League  - New Homes for the New Year! Having spent only the first weeks of their lives in squalor and neglect, the youngest survivors of an Arkansas puppy mill are now available for adoption. Their parents will require more extensive medical--and in some cases, behavioral--care before they are ready for homes of their own.
